How the price is built

Every quote comes from three real costs plus a margin. Nothing is guessed, and nothing is padded for 'complexity'. A complicated shape that uses little plastic and little time is cheap, and a plain block that takes nine hours is not.

  • Material: the grams of filament your part actually consumes, including supports, at the price we pay per gram.
  • Machine time: the hours the printer is tied up on your job and can print nothing else.
  • Energy: power drawn over those hours.
  • Markup: our margin on top, applied once to the sum of the three.

What actually moves the price

Two parts of the same size can differ several times over in price. If a quote comes back higher than you hoped, these are the levers worth pulling. Send us a note and we can usually re-slice cheaper.

  • Infill: how solid the inside is. Most parts do not need more than 15-20%; dropping from 50% to 20% can take a third off.
  • Supports: overhangs need scaffolding that is printed and then thrown away. Reorienting a part often removes them entirely.
  • Layer height: finer layers mean more passes and more hours. Fine detail is worth paying for on a display model, rarely on a bracket.
  • Size: cost scales with volume, not length. Scaling a part down 20% removes almost half the material.
  • Quantity: several copies on one plate share the setup and print back to back, so per-piece cost drops.

Delivery and payment

Pickup in Ohrid is free. Delivery anywhere in Macedonia is a flat fee added at checkout, and usually arrives within a couple of working days once the print is done.

You can pay by card online, or in cash when you collect or receive the part. Nothing enters the print queue until the order is confirmed, and you follow it from the tracking link the whole way.

Common questions

What does a small part cost?
Most small everyday parts (a clip, a knob, a bracket, a phone stand) land at the minimum order fee, because the plastic and the hour or two of machine time come to less than that. Larger or longer jobs scale up from there.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. Very small jobs still take the same setup, plate preparation and handling as big ones, so orders below the minimum are billed at the minimum. Printing several parts in one order is the way around it.
Can I get a price without uploading a file?
We can give you a rough range from photos and dimensions, but only a real quote is binding. Uploading is free, takes a minute, and puts you under no obligation to order.
What if the print fails?
You are not charged for our failures. If a print fails on the machine we re-run it at our cost. If a part turns out unprintable as designed, we tell you before you pay.
Do you print in bulk?
Yes, and it gets cheaper per piece. For runs of a few dozen or more, contact us directly rather than ordering through the site and we will price the batch.
